DataXport understands the importance of preserving your data, documents’ integrity and safeguarding its confidentiality. A strict accountability of records is maintained at all times during the life of the processes. To this end, the following security measures are in place once a project is initiated:

• Document/Electronic Data control log: Using a simple but effective log, we know from the time of receipt to delivery of the data where the physical documents or electronic information is at any step within the processing cycle of the information.

• Secured processing facilities: DX offices are monitored 24 by 7, Guarded during non working hours and situated within business complexes with exceptional safety records. Furthermore, access to the production area is restricted to authorized personnel through keyless security locks.

• Background check of employees: At DX we feel that due to the nature of our business all personnel (including the highest ranking officer in the company) must obtain a certificate indicating a clean record from the local authorities. Only upon evidence of the mentioned above certificate will DX consider a candidate eligible for hiring.     

• Back ups. At DX we believe that one should plan for the worst case scenario when it comes to storing data. Therefore, a systematic approach to back ups is a daily routine to ensure recovery from an unexpected situation. 

• Data Security ( Firewalls, SSL, antivirus software).
