Customers' documents are delivered or shipped within the U.S. to our El Paso, TX location. From here, they are transported to Mexico by DX employees to undergo the imaging/scanning process, data capture or a complete business processing function. Documents remain at all times under DX control and supervision, and returned within hours of completing such tasks if required.
