DX recognizes that your organization may be prohibited from taking sensitive documents off-premise or may prefer to retain custody of certain documents. To accommodate you, DX can quickly set up a scanning operation that maintains the integrity of each step of the digitizing process. While every scanning project is different, this method may actually result in efficiencies in some instances, due to the proximity of the source documents, rapid data delivery, and continuous client communication.

In essence, we replicate the complete scanning process we've created in our office by utilizing the same hardware, software, quality procedures, and most importantly, qualified expertise.

Is Scanning at Our Place more expensive?

How do we prepare for DX to scan at our place?

We need a secure and reasonable work area where the different tasks associated with the conversion process can be performed. Additionally, DX personnel will need access to the designated work area based on a predetermined schedule.

Can DX copy or upload information directly to our system?

Of course, we can transfer the converted digital images to a specific network directory of yours.

How are your accuracy rates and turnaround times affected by moving the scanning operation from your place to ours?
